
So this morning I tried this Quick Fix Post Natal workout dvd that I checked out from the library yesterday. I don't know that it was my favorite exercise video, but it was something, and my butt feels a little sore. I think my favorite thing about it all, besides watching Porter and Carlee do it with me, was that it suggested using water bottles, filled with water of course, as weights, and I did.
I still do not think I have found my "nich" (is that even a word?) but I am trying.
It took me a minute, in fact, I had to read the first sentence twice. I thought you were tryint to write POST-NASAL workout and I was thinking you were tryint to clean out yur sinuses or something. Sorry, early morning seminary really gets to me somedays. love you, keep working, feel the burn, sweat-in-bullets, proud of you....

ReplyDeleteI am really proud of you right now. You just keep trying, as long as you are doing something it is better than nothing! As soon as spring hits you can take off and walk to that beautiful walking path on lake road!! It will be there soon enough! I tried the windsor pilates video...I don't know what it was called but I do remember all the women were wearing these weird green spandex suits :) Anyway, it really worked great I thought. Tomorrow is the last day of all the fun I left you.....I wish it ended in a trip to visit me...maybe someday soon. Miss you!!
